Once we have sourced materials, we clean them to remove any impurities such as dirt, oil, rust, etc., before putting them into the galvanizing tank for galvanizing. Cleaning the materials correctly is essential to ensuring that there is no debris present, which could affect how well the zinc bonds to the material during galvanization. Second, we focus on the temperature and time in the process of galvanizing. The steel has to be heated to a certain temperature so the zinc will bond effectively. This is a fine balance and our experienced operatives at WEDONE Technology are trained to watch these conditions very closely.
