Environmental responsibility is at the core of our manufacturing philosophy. To eliminate atmospheric emissions, our hot-dip galvanizing kettle is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art, heavy-duty Fume Enclosure.

When steel components enter the molten zinc bath, the automated enclosure completely seals the kettle area, trapping 99% of white smoke, ammonium chloride fumes, and zinc dust at the source. These captured emissions are immediately routed to a high-capacity baghouse filtration system for neutral treatment.
