Galvanized steel factory

In this post, we read about the galvanized steel process in a factory. The factory of galvanized steel, like the WEDONE Technology one, begins with raw materials and ends with a product for houses, cars and other items that you want to produce.

The raw materials used in the production of galvanized steel factory typically are iron ore, coal, and limestone. The blast air and raw materials are injected at the bottom, and these materials are melted in a furnace to produce molten iron. The liquid iron is then allowed to solidify inside different shapes depending on the form, going through another kind of mold called molds where get extracted as big blocks that are referred to as ingots. These ingots are then reheated and reduced in thickness to form the sheet steel.

A Behind-the-Scenes Look at a Factory

In a WEDONE Technology galvanising plant, there are various zones where different stages of the process occur. So we have a furnace that melts down the raw material, a rolling mill that turns it into sheets of steel, and then galvanized factory to coat it all with zinc (so it doesn't rust).
